 Great news for us!! I am in the process of recruiting content contributor or partners for my website. I'm meeting them, ask for advice, steadily we are moving to the right direction..... The rationale behind these action because I wanted to build a business not just a side hustle ( side business idea). It might start out small but I need to keep my vision big to make great things happen. I figure out that most of the travel blogs are operated by individuals, at least it appears this way, they might have outsourced some of the work to others from the upwork business network to increase efficiency. About Upwork So I am going back to my "Why I am better" strategy. You can find more about it from my advance online business and interactive website workshop. I need to play my game differently because I am working on it part-time meaning that when people spend 4 - 8 hours per day , I am spending 2 hours only. I need to find a way to make that up. Content My content - it has to be unique so people can come here and find what they want. My focus on travel content - with my geographic location so close to China and without language barrier. I think it could create great content for international readers. My focus on business content - I would focus on helping people with a full time job or people who runs traditional business to make money online with minimum investment. I will show them the easiest way that I know of and provide them with support. Operation I definitely can't do it alone. I need to work differently. I wanted to pull content from different contributors by giving them what they want. If they want to learn online I need to hire freelancer for some of my work. And I would need other content contributors Multiple Sources of Income I often think about the idea of multiple sources of income. I would like to make it clearer because how you think about it will greatly influence your action. I would define multiple sources of income is not doing several different things to get different income, but doing 1 thing but expand it so you get multiple income sources. For example, you would invest in property and the knowledge you have built on your first investment will help you to invest even more wisely on your second property. Multiple Sources of Income should be an act to focus your effort in doing 1 thing and not diverting your effort in doing other things. I can give you an example and you can understand about focused effort. Great Talents are often known for a single thing they did best. Take Michael Jordan as an example, he is best at basketball, he also tried baseball but it is far from the best. If someone who has the talent to do 1 thing to become the No.1 on earth yet he is not able to mark another great achievement in the other arena. It serves a great example of how we live our lives with focusing our effort into 1 major , big, important thing.
