Day 585: What’s the purpose for waking up 5 am every morning?

Yesterday I was asked why I wake up 5 am in the morning? What’s your purpose to be a motivation speaker? Is it fear or passion? I feel passion to pick people up? I feel passion to help kids, I wanna cry when I help them, I m passionate about kids because I was scared to ask for the best and I know I m the best and I have the best.


5am Miracle morning Day 100: I was scared when I was young to ask for the best, I settle for less. I want to change that.
I know everyone can be the best if they want to be. I want to show kids that they can ask for the best, nothing is impossible, and work their dreams. That’s what keep me waking up 5 am everyday, I want to prove I m the best. I m whatever I want to be.

我小時候不敢要求最好的，常常接受次一等的東西，現在令我遺憾，懊悔。


我需要改變！


5點鐘起來，令我肯定自己，我肯定我想的我可以達到，言出必行。因為我相信，我是最好的，在我裡面沒有不可能。我想告訴所有小朋友們：只要你想，沒有不可能“you can be the best you want to be”。這是我要做激勵演說家的動力及參加余德淳的課程的原因。


這是我一直堅持5點鐘起來，只要我想，沒有不可能，我要把自己最好的表現出來。
