Day 648: Observe Anger, Ask if it is a big thing,  Our anger is so funny! ( Jan 15, 2020)

Sometimes when we look at our anger, it is so easy to solve, yet we got involved with deep feelings we don’t even know.
This time it’s my wife luggage, it is actually my thought of her domination in the house...

From the meditation this morning, I found out I wasn’t happy with the luggage lying in the middle of floor, I feel this is disrespect of others on the use of the space. Meditation is the remove oneself from the emotion and observe oneself. I observe that it is such a small matter yet it causes me emotions. Then I sort of get it, I observe myself having emotion, it’s a small thing, I can just move it somewhere or use some other space. The anger was a self inflicted pain. When we angry at someone, the pain is not on the person we angry at, but on ourselves.
I also use the same on fear in presentation. I observe the fear. I took myself out of the fear. Look at myself. I decided to smile at the fear and enjoy the fear. I recognise will happen every time no matter what, so I enjoy the experience. So from now on, I use the phrase “ enjoy the fear”.
I observe the fear. I took myself out of the fear. Look at myself. I decided to smile at the fear and enjoy the fear.
So we should observe it, identify it, and laugh at the anger itself, enjoy the observation. So we don’t hurt ourselves at the end. ( I think for anger is more difficult because I angry at the luggage, how funny!)

Then I remember the pain you have with timeville at dinner last night. Angry at them bring pain only onto ourselves. It isn’t worth it. So we should observe it, enjoy the observation and smile at it. It isn’t worth damaging our own health. That’s one of the reasons you not feeling well too, they caused you negative emotions effecting your health.

We shouldn’t wish them bad luck and laugh at the poor decision they made. Thinking habits remains the same all the time, if we don’t forgive others and move on, we aren’t able to move on when we made mistakes ourselves, we keep looping on our own mistakes and we tend to be tough on ourselves too.

We want to be kind to ourselves, and we should find an explanation to accept and forgive them. We all have 24 hours a day, we can choose to focus our time on growing ourselves or spending it in a negative way, giving up growth. It is our decision.

This is not a lecture to you. This is a reflection and the thinking process I m trying to organise so I can remind myself and re-use it when I need it.

Thanks for talking to me about your trouble, it inspires me to think deeper to help myself.

Think yourself to win. If you act like everybody. You become a nobody.
So Be Like You & Work your dream.

I admit that I ma not perfect. There are times wherein I cannot control my anger, and I don't there are ways on how I can deal with it the right way. But we need to remain calm so that we can think wisely. Please always remember that anger does not produce good result, Sao we should always calm down and think with everything that we do. If you are having a hard time dealing with your anger management, then you should ask help to the experts.
