How to spend a good weekend with your kids in Hong Kong ?

Isn't it painful in Hong Kong with so little space, you run out of ideas how to bond well with your kids and your family. Here I m going to show you how?

Today i m going to give you some tricks spending some good time with your kids

I live in a 400 sq ft house and I love outdoor. I guess you would agree if I store a bike in that house, every wife on earth would kill you.

So this is what I do but I truly don't recommend any of you will do this but this is my personal blog, I m going to share you my darkest secret.

Share a black female city bike with my daughter
I bought a six-speed female black city bike so both my 12 year old girl and I can use it.
I once put a second hand bike out on the street and I found it rusty and broken in a couple of months.

Free Bike-storing tips in Hong Kong
So I m getting street smart this time. After years of research, I found this Hong Kong University student and professor accommodation has a covered bike parking space (picture). Ride along Sha Wan Drive (picture), find this merry-go-round (picture) and you could park your bike there.

What's so fun about this is my daughter and I would just get off the bus (picture) on Victoria rd. walk down sha wan drive and just ride the bike downhill to Cyberport park.
(How about a vlog? Speak and cut for screens & pictures - record what you say first)

Explosiveness & Mental training for my daughter
Sliding down the Cyberport road is the easy part.
What s fun is the way back to the parking space, that's a big slope you have to climb. You can cheer them up. You can help them. And you can talk to them walking the bike.
I once used the word "explosiveness training" and get my daughter ride my younger daughter up hill. It was a lovely memory! I remember I ask her to go for 1 more lamppost distance after the other. It is a good persistence training, too.

If you are still reading, I m sure we are connecting. You will agree the wonderful healing power of a big grass lawn, a bright sun and a bit of sweat.
If you go back to the last time you sweated exercising, please go to your toilet mirror and smile. The sweat makes you happy or emotionally, I would say "satisfying"

Cyberport Park is the place you should try spending a day there ( I spent years).
The park circle cycling path offers a child-safe place to bike so you don't get too worried where you kids went ( still watch over them please!)
There is a concrete surface right along the coastline like a pier. Kids can bike, rollerblade, fly kite, scooter. I have also seen students practicing cheerleading dance there.

Get a bike with a backseat

You think everyone gets a bike is fun?! NO! Love shows even in the lack of resources. I get to ride my kids and my wife as we only have 1 bike.
If we have 4, do you think there is still those intimacy and interactions?

We need to try hard to create situations to show our love. Love comes from deliberate acts will not happen naturally.

If you like the same fun but not the sweat. We can offer a dad day out life-saver pack delivered to the park
Lunch or tea menu for up to 20 persons
A Cooling Bag with 2 cans of beers and other ice-cold drinks
5 kids games including: Balloon stomp, Marco Polo, three legged race and much more
