These few days I was thinking if I can skip a day or 2, or skip an item for a day or 2, e.g how about exercise other time, not in the weekend. I m taking care of my kids. How does that sound?
It sounds all logical. It is all the seemingly logical and sensible “explanation” that we get out of our commitments.
it is often these excuses or poor habit that kept someone being successful. I don’t want no part of that. I m successful, man!
I haven’t hold on to something for longer than a year. That might be the reason I m not successful. Recently I did much better. I finish 100 blogs but it took 9 months more than I planned. We often overestimate ourselves short term and underestimate ourselves long term.
By the way, I m making purchase of my second property in Mui Wo no matter what. I m working on it.
Kobe on consistency
Kobe once told the reporter in an interview how he practiced.
The team normally hold 3 practice sessions.
He decided to wake up 4 am everyday so he can hold an extra session to become better. He explained that in 5 years (which sounds like a short time, it's actually a big commitment), by committing to 1 more training session each day, 5 years, there will be 1825 more training sessions...and no one can catch up anymore from this point on.
this to me...sounds like compound interest and in it a big dosage of persistence

I decide to go for 365 days no matter what. I will give or take 1 hour say 5:30 or 6:00. That's the leeway I will allow myself

What jack ma saying is persistence and consistency. I got it I mean....But I need to put that into my heart. I might forget...
sometimes excuses make you don’t even aware you are giving up on something, be really careful! It sounds like your choice is right, in fact you are choosing an easy way out.
So what you gonna do, you gonna spare time to review yourself. Every morning run through your mind what you want to achieve, are you getting closer?

Have you done your best yesterday? Of course you haven’t, if you have, there would be no room for improvement, how sad!
Think about your dreams every morning, what you can do each day to get you closer....close your eyes and visualise like it happen in front of your eyes.
This is what I do...
I dream of running property business in UK ( because I was taught I can remortgage money from the purchase in my property investment class) to start my next investment.
I visualise....What shall I do next ? What’s my next action?
This is my attempt on property...
I joined a HK$200,000 Property class about UK in 2017. It get me started, but then I put it aside for 2 years because I don’t think I got the initial investment.
What I m doing now to remind of my dreams is I keep going to property networking. I keep telling people that I m a property investor. Make it your belief you are one.
It is because I keep telling people about investment in UK. A property agent in Mui Wo (Hong Kong), as I invested in the area (blog - > it's chinese, but you can see some pictures) introduced me to a property developer in UK. This is my thought changing my action leading me to possible next step on my U.K. property endeavor.
